EVENTS - WE WANT YOU!

We want to make this year's Gathering event lineup the most exciting ever. We are looking for people to run rituals, lead discussion groups and put on workshops of all kinds. If you are interested in presenting something, please fill out the back of the registration form. For your safety and privacy, all rituals and workshops are held on-site. The deadline for all events proposals is July 1, 2008, and they must accompany a paid registration. Submissions received after July 1 will be considered only if time and space allow, so don't delay if you have a workshop or ritual you want to present.

HEALING ARTS AREA

Once again, we are hoping to offer a Healing Arts Centre - an area that is set aside for the exclusive use of those facilitating and receiving various forms of healing. If you would like to set up a tent or pavillion for a massage table or provide other forms of healing please indicate this on the registration form by July 1, 2008.

APHRODITE'S TEMPLE and PAN'S LAIR

These are adult-only spaces available for worship and for people wishing to have private intimate time with their partners.

THE GROTTO

In the evening, this is our adults-only party space, where drummers and dancers can frolic in the forest.

KIDS AREA

There will be children's workshops, activities, crafts and games to amuse our younger members. Also, as part of the "Younger Folks" Gathering Festival, there is an option to participate in the Bardic Event. If you wish to present a kids'/teens' workshop or ritual, please let us know in the space provided on the back of the registration form.

MARKETPLACE

Once again this year all festival goers are encouraged to bring their wares to sell at the Gathering. Please indicate on the attached registration form if this is your intention. All merchants are responsible for their goods at all times and are advised to either have someone mind their table if they have to leave or lock their goods in their car trunk. Please bring your own table if you are able, as tables on site are limited. One table allowed per merchant. If you are interested in having your business highlighted in the confirmation package and/or on the Gathering web site, please indicate this on your registration form.
